SERIES OVERVIEW
There is a lot of instruction in the Bible that we are neglecting. We believe that there is a lot that God has blessed us with that we aren’t utilizing. We think that we have weapons in the Spirit and defenses in the Lord that can keep us not only safer but make our ministry more effective. We think that for many of us we are fighting the world, the flesh and the devil with one arm tied behind our backs and we aren’t seeing the victory that God intends for us. Simply put, we think there’s more. And we want all that God has for His people.
I BELIEVE THAT THE TWO WORLDS: NATURAL AND SUPERNATURAL ARE CONSTANTLY INTERACTING, COLLIDING, INTERFACING AND TOUCHING.
SESSION 1 : A HISTORY
Introduction & Prayer - Pastor Lance both introduces the series and does a deep dive into how prayer works. He begins by explaining biblically and practically that miracles are for today and that all Christians should be partnering with the Holy Spirit in supernatural ministry. He continues by teaching that prayer is one of our greatest tools to both communicate with the Lord and do warfare on His behalf.
SESSION 2 : THE MINISTRY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
What are they? Where do they come from? Does everyone get one? Does everyone get them all? Why do some people have a greater ability to do supernatural things for the Lord than others? Why don’t we all have the same experiences?
This session, again, is about modern-day issues. I want to warn you, this information will likely be uncomfortable. But, when we’re faced with discomfort there are all sorts of release valves we can try to pull to ease that discomfort.
It’s a challenging session but a great one.
SESSION 3 : A SCRIPTURE SOAKED AND SPIRIT-LED LIFE OF HEALING
What is healing, how does it work and how do we engage with it?
SESSION 4 : A SCRIPTURE SOAKED AND SPIRIT-LED LIFE OF HEARING THE VOICE OF GOD
Similar to prayer, we will focus on a few unique aspects of our ability to communicate with and for the Lord as His ambassadors
SESSION 5 : KEEPING MINISTRY IN THE SPIRIT HEALTHY
We will talk about what to expect in an everyday life of a Supernatural Believer, and even what to do with the weirder stuff: manifestations of the Holy Spirit, Deliverance, and things like that. How do we know what’s legitimate and what’s bogus? How do we keep things healthy and God-focused?
SESSION 6 : DEALING WITH THE DEMONIC (SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL)
This video focuses on how we can think about and understand the demonic without falling into the traps of obsessing or fearing the enemy.
